When signing in as a prospective tenant, your property management company may collect other information to help them assess suitability to become a tenant. This may include, financial information, employee information, identification, past tenancy history or other such information.

Payquad is committed to providing the best security possible to our users. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect your personal information. We employ firewalls, data encryption and secure socket layer technology (SSL) to protect you. We do not store any card numbers on our system, all card numbers are tokenized and stored off-site on PCI compliant servers. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and therefore we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personal information.

You may review the personal information in our files by contacting us or viewing your profile on our site. As long as your account is active or the information is still needed, we will retain your information.
